“Probably the most important conversation of all – the conversation you have with yourself, about yourself, everyday.” - Phil M Jones

That quote has been echoing in my head since recording this podcast episode with Phil Jones. I want to take you behind the scenes for a moment because the story behind this conversation matters just as much as the content itself.

Phil generously gave two full days of his time to pour into a mastermind group of 12 speakers from the National Speakers Association NY Chapter, myself included. He didn't stop there. After those intensive, soul-stretching days (and what had to be a deep level of fatigue), he offered each of us the opportunity to sit down for a one-on-one podcast interview. No agenda, no strings, just a sincere desire to help amplify our voices and our missions.

In this episode, I share what it’s been like to move through self-doubt, to finally recognize the voice of my inner critic, and most importantly, how I’ve learned to challenge and reframe it. You’ll hear how I’ve begun to shift that voice into one of compassion, acceptance, and even celebration.

What you will witness in this conversation is the way Phil shows up. The way he listens. The way he asks the exact right questions to pull the most powerful truths to the surface. That kind of presence is rare. And I’m so grateful.

So if you do give this episode a listen, tune into both the message and the magic of the container it was held in.
