Live Coaching Kathleen 5 (of 6): Hearing Your Own Voice and Dropping Industry Jargon

It is so easy to start sounding like everyone else - whether you are marketing your own business or managing your personal brand at work. Language gets sanitized, rinsed and repeated. Not only that, but the paradigms of what we have to do can feel old and stale - especially when what you care about most is people.
If you want inspiration and tools for hearing your own voice and using language that is uniquely yours in talking about yourself, then let me tell you, session five of my coaching series with Kathleen is going to be the medicine you need to hear right now!
To be honest, the wisdom you are going to hear from Kathleen is so incredibly valuable.
She talks about the difficult work of figuring out what she needs help with, finding the validation she needed that she never received, discovering her voice and articulating her target audience by understanding what she needed in her 30’s.
If you feel like everyone and everything sounds the same right now, then this is the episode for you.
It’s a reminder that our life lessons and our nuanced stories matter. It’s a reminder that labels and industry jargon can’t ever hold the depth of our superpowers or our dimensionality. This is a masterclass in giving yourself permission to share your story, your beliefs and perhaps most importantly your dreams so that you can find new insights for the life you want to build.
It’s not a short conversation, because when you dig to the foundation of your personal brand it takes time to excavate. Pay attention to the questions and I think you’ll have some journaling questions you can use for your own exploration.
Make a difference to someone you care about by passing this along to someone in a career transition or who’s trying to articulate their brand / business in a new way.
Stay Feisty and Fabulous,
